We offer a range of planning and coordination packages to suit the needs of every couple. Our packages are comprehensive and ensure that you receive a thorough, professional and personalised experience.
On the day wedding coordination
From $1659
This package is for couples who have planned their wedding to a tee but need the support of a professional coordinator to oversee the execution on their big day. From confirming all the details with your vendors in the weeks prior to your wedding day to ensuring that your day runs smoothy, we’ve got you covered.
Your coordinator will meet with you a few weeks prior to your wedding for a scheduling consult and a full handover. All your expectations and requirements will be documented. On the day includes 8 hours of coordination. Your on the day coordinator will be by your side the whole day, from fluffing your veil before you walk down the aisle to remaining onsite at your reception until your formalities are over (generally after cutting of the cake or your first dance).
Think of your on the day coordinator as your fairy godmother, personal assistant and ultimate hype girl.
Inclusions:
- ALE wedding planning kit accessible via private client folder on Google Drive
- Initial meet and greet consultation meeting
- 1 x site visit to discuss setup and coordination requirements
- 90 min scheduling and handover consultation in the weeks prior to the wedding day
- Attendance at your wedding rehearsal (as negotiated between client and ALE coordinator)
- Comprehensive run sheet / master timeline and vendor contact list. This covers detailed timings of the day including vendor coordination, photography and ceremony details
- Coordination of, and contact person, for all vendors on the day
- Coordination for the set up on the day, working with suppliers to help set up and style your ceremony and reception spaces
- Unlimited consultation via email from the day you book until the wedding day to discuss any wedding needs.

Partial wedding Planning and On The Day Coordination
From $3250
This package is for couples who still want to be hands on, have already started their planning and have booked some of their vendors, but would like support to finalise the planning and design for their big day. We look at what you have already planned and what is left to do. We can assist in booking and managing any vendors you have not yet sourced*.
This package also incorporates all the inclusions listed in our full on the day coordination package. We will meet with you 6 weeks prior to your wedding for a full scheduling and handover meeting. At this time you handover the reins and allow us to manage all of the remaining planning and coordination for your big day. This allows you to sit back, relax and enjoy a stress free lead up to the wedding.
We will keep track of final payments, manage all lead up coordination with suppliers and assist you with tasks such as finalising seating plans. We will curate a comprehensive master timeline for the day and ensure all your suppliers are managed appropriately.

- Mood board creation based on your ideas and design concepts so you can get a feel for how your ceremony/ reception will look
- Up to 3 x consultations (face to face or virtual)
- Sourcing and management of up to 4 suppliers (including quotes)
- Up to 2 x site visits to discuss setup and coordination requirements
- 1 x Scheduling and handover consultation 6 weeks prior to the wedding day
- Attendance at your wedding rehearsal (as negotiated between client and ALE coordinator)
- 8 hours of on the day coordination service
- Comprehensive run sheet / timeline and vendor contact list
- Bump in and out schedule for all suppliers
- Coordination of and contact person for all suppliers on the day
- Coordination for the set up on the day, working with suppliers to help set up and style your ceremony and reception spaces
- Unlimited consultation via email or phone from the day you book until the wedding day to discuss any wedding needs.

Full wedding Planning and On The Day Coordination
From $500
Our full planning and coordination package is for couples who want professional help from start to finish. This package ensures that your wedding planning journey and lead up to your big day is stress free and enjoyable.
We ensure that your vision and dreams are transformed into reality to create your perfect day. We do all of the hard work for you and then ensure that your day goes off without a hitch. Have as much or as little involvement as you like. In our consultations we will sit down and discuss your vision and expectations for your big day.
We will create mood boards based on your ideas to help you visualise what your day will look like, source suppliers and assist you in finding the perfect venue.
Inclusions:
- ALE wedding planning kit accessible via private client folder on Google Drive
- Mood board creation based on your ideas and design concepts so you can get a feel for how your ceremony / reception will look
- Unlimited consultations (face to face or virtual)
- Sourcing and management of suppliers (including quotes)
- Assistance in finding your perfect wedding venue
- Up to 2 x site visits to discuss setup and coordination requirements
- Assistance with your floor plans , seating charts and styling set up leading up to the day
- Coordination of your wedding rehearsal prior to wedding day
- Coordinator on site for the entirety of your wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly and any problems that arise are dealt with. This is from set up until completion of formalities at the reception
- Comprehensive run sheet / timeline and vendor contact list
- Bump in and out schedule for all suppliers
- Coordination of and contact person for all vendors on the day
- Coordination for the set up on the day, working with suppliers to help set up and style your ceremony and reception spaces
- Unlimited consultation via email or phone from the day you book until the wedding day to discuss any wedding needs.
